Returns & Refunds Policy
Product Returns
If you wish to return a product you have purchased, you may do so within 10 calendar days from the date of receipt.

To be eligible for a return:

The product must be in its original sealed packaging and in the same condition as received.
You can return the product by:

Bringing it to any Nakas Book House store in its original condition and packaging, along with the purchase receipt.
Shipping it at your own expense to the following address:

Please include the purchase receipt inside the package.

Defective Products
Before shipping, we carefully inspect all products to ensure they are in excellent condition. However, if you receive a defective product, you may return it within 10 calendar days from the date of purchase, including the purchase receipt.

Once we receive the product:

If the defect is not caused by misuse, we will replace it with a new one (if available) or an alternative product upon consultation.
If the product is out of stock, we may issue a refund at our discretion.
Refunds will be processed either by:
Canceling the credit card charge (if paid by credit card).
Bank transfer to an account you specify.
All shipping costs for defective product replacements are covered by Nakasbookhouse.gr.
