Methods of Purchase

Through the website

Select the product and quantity you want and add it to your cart.
If you already have an account at nakasbookhouse.gr, log in with your details. If you don't have an account, create one or continue without this step by simply entering your email address in the billing information field.
Click "View Cart."
Select the payment and delivery method.
Fill in the remaining details.
Carefully read the order summary and the page with the "Terms of Use." By completing your order, you accept the Terms of Use of our website.
Click "Complete Order."
On the order completion page, you will provide the requested details to finalize your purchase.

The following personal information is required:

Phone number Only if you wish to receive an invoice, fill in the other details.

Call 210 0108006 and request the products you're interested in.

We will search for them for you and inform you about the price and delivery time.
We will register your order and give you the order number, which you can use to track it.

Shipping Methods

Shipping to your location. The costs are as follows:

For purchases over €30, shipping and cash-on-delivery fees are free.
For purchases under €30, shipping fees are as follows:

Within Attica: €3.50
Outside Attica: €4.50 (remote areas: €6.00)
For cash on delivery, there is an additional charge of €1.50.
Orders are delivered by the courier company "General Postal Services."

International Orders incur shipping costs as follows:

For all products, the shipping days indicated in the cart apply, provided that the supplier has stock.

Products that are immediately available are in specific quantities at sales points. Availability is updated at regular intervals, not in real time.

Working days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

Billing Methods

Retail receipt upon delivery of your order or when picking up from a Nakas Book House store.
Invoice upon delivery of your order, as long as you register the company details in step 1 of the order process or when picking up from a Nakas Book House store.
For your safety, you must be present when receiving your order and bring your ID.

Payment Methods

The payment options supported by Nakasbookhouse.gr are:

Cash on Delivery
Orders are delivered to your chosen location by a courier company. You pay in cash when your order is delivered.
For cash on delivery orders over €30 within Greece, shipping and cash on delivery fees are FREE.
For cash on delivery orders under €30, shipping fees within Attica are €3.50 and outside Attica are €4.50 (remote areas: €6.00). There is also an additional charge of €1.50 for cash on delivery.

Debit or Credit Card
You can make transactions for your purchases with all debit and credit cards. For payments with a debit or credit card, you will be directed to Eurobank's secure environment.
For purchases within Greece over €30 via credit card, shipping is FREE.
For purchases under €30, shipping fees within Attica are €3.50 and outside Attica are €4.50 (remote areas: €6.00). Orders are delivered by the courier company "General Postal Services."

Order Cancellation

Order cancellations are accepted only if the order has not yet been processed and the item has not been shipped (i.e., a shipping invoice has not been issued).
You can request a cancellation either via email or by phone.
You also have the option to check the status of your order either by phone or via email.
