1. What do the product availabilities mean?<br />
Product availability is displayed on the product page.
Available: The product is available at our Nakas Book House stores. Generally shipped within 1 to 2 business days.
Limited Availability: The stock is limited in our store. Typically shipped within 1 to 4 business days.
Available Upon Order: The product is not immediately available in the bookstore. Subject to stock availability with the supplier, typically shipped within 2 to 6 or more business days.
Temporarily Unavailable: The product is currently unavailable from the supplier. It is expected to be available soon.
Under Release: The product will be available from the specified date onwards. It is possible to place an order. The product will be shipped by us on the date indicated on the product page.
Out of Stock: The product is unavailable for ordering due to stock depletion with the supplier. -
2. How can I save products to my favorites list?<br />
You can keep products in your wishlist so you can easily find them regardless of when or if you plan to acquire them. Wishlist is displayed to users logged into their profile on all product pages and in the shopping cart. -
3. How can I place my order?<br />
You can order the products you want in two simple ways!

4. What are the pickup options?<br />
When placing your purchase online, you can choose:
1. Delivery to your chosen location throughout Greece.
All deliveries are made with Geniki Taxydromiki, from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
2. Pickup from our stores nationwide.
With the reservation & pickup service, you can collect your order for free from any Nakas Book House store.

5.What is the shipping cost?<br />
• For purchases over 30 €, shipping and cash on delivery fees are free
• For purchases under 30 €, the shipping fees are as follows:
o Within Attica: 3.50 €, οutside Attica: 4.50 € (remote areas 6.00 €)
o For cash on delivery, there will be an additional fee of 1.5 €.
Orders are delivered via courier company Geniki Taxydromiki.

Terms of Use
International Orders: International orders are subject to shipping fees, which are as follows:

6. How do I redeem my discount code?<br />
Enter the code in the "Coupon Code" field in the first step of the checkout process (order details entry) and click the "Add Coupon" button. -
7. I want to give a gift but also want to order a product for myself.<br />
You should make two separate orders, one for the gift and one for your product. -
8. What is the payment method for products intended as gifts?<br />
In the case of a gift, the products are purchased using a credit or debit card (issued by any bank). -
9. Can I modify or cancel my order?

10. How do I return products?<br />
If you wish to return a product you purchased, you can do so within fourteen (14) calendar days from the day you received it.
It is essential that the product is in its original sealed packaging and in the condition it was in upon receipt.
You can return it in its original condition and packaging to any Nakas Book House store by presenting the purchase receipt.
Or send it at your own expense, in its original condition and packaging, to one of the Nakas Book House stores, enclosing the purchase receipt. More details here: Terms and Conditions of Purchases. -
11. How will I receive the products I purchased?<br />
All products you purchased will be delivered to the address you provided when placing your order via the courier company we collaborate with. -
